About Us

Wine Corks,
Brought to Life

At Ski & Wine Design, ordinary wine corks become dimensional artwork built around meaningful places, architecture, people, and memories.

Each cork is selected, cut, colored, and positioned to create changes in depth, texture, and perspective as the viewer moves closer to the piece.

From ski terrain maps and cityscapes to architecture and portraiture, every commission is designed as an original work — with the option to incorporate corks collected from your own life.

The Artist

Seth Voege

My very first job was as a Ski Instructor at Swiss Valley Ski Area in Jones, Michigan. After that I did FIS Giant Slalom ski racing for Costa Rica! Yep, seriously.

I was born in Costa Rica to parents serving in the Peace Corps, which gave me dual citizenship. Today I create one-of-a-kind dimensional wine cork artwork that turns meaningful subjects into tactile, highly personal pieces.
